Put chopped kebab, Greek yoghurt and chopped spinach leaves into the bowl. Add salt and pepper.
Cut the filo pastry into squares. Place the prepared stuffing in the middle. Grease the edges of the pastry with a beaten egg. Fold and stick to form triangles.
Heat up the oil. Put the dumplings into deep oil and fry them until golden color. Serve with dips depending on your preferences.
